This is an extremely pretty, Antique, 18ct Gold Double Heart Ring.   Incredibly romantic in its sentiment, it features two hearts,  a ruby in the centre of one, and  a diamond at the centre of the other.   The two hearts, which represent two peoples love for each other, are crowned by a lovers knot.
 
I believe that this ring would have started life as a brooch, and has since been re-purposed into a ring.

This ring is in fabulous condition, and has been lightly cleaned.  It is a UK size M, which is a US size 6 1/4 and it weighs 2.33g.
